In this lecture, we will explore the immune system not only as a biological mechanism, but as a complete system of resilience—physical, emotional, and cognitive. We will understand how the body identifies and deals with pathogens and harmful influences, and at the same time how our “spiritual immune system” also works: the ability to set boundaries, filter out burdens, and respond in a way that is adapted to a changing reality.
By connecting science and consciousness, we will examine how these systems can be strengthened—transforming reactivity into awareness, burden into opportunity, and challenges into ground for growth.
This is a journey to understand human resilience—not as mere protection, but as the ability to live, adapt, and thrive in a dynamic and changing world.
