I am a scientist, healer, and facilitator of personal and collective transformation. 
My journey began in the world of biology and reproductive medicine, where I explored the mysteries of DNA, epigenetics, and the delicate codes of life. 
Over the years, I came to understand that healing is not only biological, but also emotional, systemic, and spiritual.

What Is – Systemic Family Constellation

Systemic Family Constellation is a therapeutic and experiential approach that reveals the hidden dynamics within families and systems. It helps bring to light unresolved issues, entanglements, and patterns that may be carried across generations, often unconsciously.

Core Principle I – Acknowledgment of What Is

A central principle of constellation work is the “acknowledgment of what is.” This principle emphasizes acceptance of reality in its existing form, without denial, resistance, or premature attempts at change.

Core Principle II – Belonging and Loyalty

The meaning of belonging and loyalty is - Everyone who is born into a family, across all generations, has an equal right to belong to it—even if they are no longer part of the family due to death, miscarriage, abortion, adoption, or other circumstances.

Core Principle III – Order and Hierarchy

The third fundamental principle of systemic constellation work is order and hierarchy. Within every family and human system there exists an implicit natural order that determines the rightful place of each member. This order is often based on chronological precedence—for example, parents come before children, earlier partners come before later ones, and older siblings come before younger siblings.

Core Principle IV – Reciprocity: The Balance Between Giving and Receiving

The fourth fundamental principle of systemic constellation work is reciprocity—the balance between giving and receiving. Giving and receiving are the cornerstones of every relationship—whether intimate, familial, social, or professional.

Hidden Loyalties in the Lens of Family Constellation

In the context of family constellation work, hidden (or invisible) loyalty refers to an unconscious bond that we carry toward previous generations in our family. This may take the form of an emotional or spiritual burden that we bear on our shoulders, often without awareness, out of loyalty to our parents, grandparents, or to traumatic events that occurred in the family system.

In its original meaning, the word constellation refers to an arrangement of stars in the sky. Each star occupies a particular place and has its own unique influence. Seen from Earth, the stars appear grouped into recognizable patterns, forming constellations. Each constellation creates an image, with the stars connected by forces such as gravity and mutual influence.

The Cosmic Consciousness
"Cosmic Consciousness" is a coaching-based, game-like process inspired by an ancient Indian method called Leela—a Sanskrit word meaning "play." This game was used by Vedic sages to explore the karmic journey of individuals seeking guidance and direction in life. The game mirrors one's personal life journey: Based on the question and intention you bring into the game, it leads you through the path of karma, allowing you to recognize past actions, understand their consequences, and uncover the core beliefs shaping your subconscious. 
The goal of this process is to discover how to reach cosmic consciousness, unveil your Dharma (personal life purpose), acknowledge the strengths and resources already within you, and release burdens from the past.What makes this experience unique is that in just one 4-hour session—whether individual, couple, or group—you undergo a deep transformative process that helps release blockages and open up flow channels that may have been stagnant for years. The playful nature of the process makes it easier to engage with, while the insights gained provide clarity and practical strategies for meaningful action.
