I suffered from fibromyalgia for many years, which included chronic pain, extreme fatigue and depression accompanied by a feeling of helplessness. Everything I tried did not bring any significant relief. I heard from a friend about the family constellation and it opened a new window for me. I came to Shlomit after hearing her on a fascinating podcast that dealt with the contribution of family constellation therapy in the context of fertility treatments and the conversation was intriguing and profound and I felt inside that I needed to give this direction a chance at the same time as complementary medicine treatments. I was about to undergo initial IVF treatment and something told me to try a different healing method. The meeting with Shlomit was pleasant and I felt relaxed even though I knew that wounds were about to open, but Shlomit also knows how to give the feeling of security that the goal is to touch them in order to release them because they are not mine. We opened up and noticed the signs that emerge from the various representations in the family and even if it wasn't exactly the long-awaited pregnancy - I always knew where it was headed. I felt on the right path and I left with a feeling of liberation and a feeling that everything would be okay.
