What is systemic-family constellation? Constellation is a method of treatment and deep observation, operating from the understanding that emotional patterns, unresolved pain and feelings of lack of belonging – sometimes are not “ours”, but are passed on in the family system from generation to generation. By placing representations in space, the hidden dynamics that act on us are revealed, and the possibility of change, release, reconciliation, and deep healing opens up. Constellation cannot be learned just from numbers. It is a method that must be experienced – through the body, the heart, the feelings and the inner resonances. Group practice allows for a safe space for deepening, discovery and learning through participation in the living field.
