The family-constellation, or the dynamics of relationships, is a unique therapeutic method developed by Bert Hellinger, a German psychotherapist. Hellinger developed the method in the 80s of the last century from elements that existed in Gestalt therapy, psychodrama, Jung's archetype work and systemic approaches that emphasize the great influence of the family on the patient, after spending about 16 years with the Zulu tribes in Africa, and adopting their approach to tribal healing and working with representations and ancestors.
